Flat Rate Pricing

For most jobs, we use flat rate pricing instead of hourly pricing. This helps prevent unexpected costs from occurring and allows us to be as thorough as possible without worrying about the clock ticking.

How We Estimate

Our pricing is based on the size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, extra areas included, frequency and level of cleaning, and additional requests. Pricing for most routine cleanings start at approximately $120-$150 for a 3-4bed/2bath home on a bi-weekly frequency. This is only used a guide and baseline and lots of factors come into play.

One-Time Cleaning

For one time cleans or project cleans like move-in/outs, RVs, reset cleans- pricing is much more variable since the level of work varies so much. We can give estimates from photos along with information we gather during the initial conversation. Don't be intimidated from reaching out though! There's no job too small!
