These are some tips we've learned and want to pass on to you...

Before we Arrive:

Communication

Make sure we have the correct contact information and method. Being able to reach someone in the case of scheduling or questions is key.

Reach out if there is anything you want changed about your service or if there's an area you want us to spend more time with or an area that's off limits. Chemicals you don't want used in the home? Expectations? We're happy to answer any questions to make sure you get what you want.

Straightening & Tidying

We're our most effective when we can come in brushes brandished and spray bottles blazing. We've streamlined our processes to leave your home clean and refreshed. Making sure we can do that as deeply as possible goes a long ways. Doing the dishes, picking up laundry, decluttering counters, and the like gives us the best chance of getting into all the corners and cracks.

Pets

We love your pets. We want to minimize the stress to your pet with our visit. If pets can be secured, that is usually the easiest. But if they can't, that's ok too! Just give us a heads up that we can expect company during our visit and if there's any information that we need.

During Your Cleaning:

Supplies & Tools

Unless you specify otherwise, we come equipped with the tools and cleaners we need for your home. We try to be equipped for most situations but the more info we have going in, the better. That's why our intake information may seem like a lot of detail to try to go over.

The Routine

We use checklists to ensure we don't miss anything. As we get to know you and your home, we make notes in our system around your preferences, observations, and changes you want made to what we do. A completed checklist is left for you after each clean. This serves as our checklist and confirmation to you of what was done.

After our Visit:
